- Created NormalizeVCF.wdl to automate the process of normalizing VCF files.
- The workflow removes problematic INFO fields (HAPCOMP and HAPDOM) and normalizes the VCF.
- Included tasks for removing HAPCOMP, removing HAPDOM, and normalizing VCF using bcftools.
- Outputs the normalized VCF to be used in Terra data tables.
