Summary
This PR add two different modes for
add_spring(PR #1273 ): ghost_atom and couple_com. The former mode can create more ghost atoms and add the springs between the ghost atoms and the real atoms in selected group and couple_com mode can add a spring between the COMs(center of mass) of two selected groups in the same group method.Modification
