Add Aalen-Johansen cumulative incidence estimation, Fine-Gray proportional subdistribution hazards regression, and Gray's K-sample test for competing-risks workflows. Includes top-level exports, typing stubs, refreshed schemas, documentation, citations, and tests for CIF consistency, bootstrap SE agreement, Fine-Gray recovery, and Gray's test behavior.
