Unfortunately, there are few hardware wallets with good multisig capabilities.

Currently, only 2 hardware wallets (Coldcard & Keystone (formerly Cobo Vault) even offer BIP174 support.
As of 2024, most, but not all modern hardware wallets offer BIP174 support. The following are known to work: Ledger, BitBox02, Trezor, Coldcard, KeepKey, Blockstream Jade, Keystone, as well as the Foundation Passport Wallet.
