Goal
Move docs publishing step to macOS.
Design
I've already created a PR for our Ansible setup to set the MAZE_DOCS_PUSH_TOKEN variable.
Tests
Difficult to test until the next release, but the step is already broken and I've tested the command manually on one of our macOS 15 build servers.
