Refactor repository to keep only the core
TensorParallelKeraslibrary and reduce code lines by removing tests, redundant files, and simplifying dependencies.The original repository contained a comprehensive test suite, multiple documentation files, and a broad set of optional dependencies. This PR prunes these non-essential components to focus solely on the functional library, making it lighter and easier to integrate.
