- Adds /clone-and-link-core command to clone bullet_train-core locally and wire up Gemfile to use local path references - Adds CLAUDE.md with branch naming conventions and commit guidelines - Updates .gitignore to allow .claude/ and CLAUDE.md to be version controlled Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.5 <[email protected]>

FWIW I've been keeping a clone of the core repo in local/, not changing the Gemfile however, but telling the AI assistant to look in local/bullet_train-core for docs, upstream gems. It's been working for me. So maybe no need to touch the Gemfile. |
