Description
Update FileDescriptorLocalUriFetcher, StreamLocalUriFetcher and AssetFileDescriptorLocalUriFetcher to make use of the newly created MediaStore.openAssetFileDescriptor when opening Media content URI.
Motivation and Context
New API (MediaStore.openAssetFileDescriptor) has been added in SDK extension 16.
