Adding Bomly, an Apache-2.0 CLI I maintain.
It resolves a dependency graph from a source tree, lockfile, SBOM, Git ref, or container image; explains why a package is present and by which path; diffs two graphs; and evaluates the result against policy. Vulnerability and license lookups are opt-in per run via
--enrich. It also runs as a local MCP server, which is a slightly unusual angle for this list — the same graph, queryable by a coding agent before it changes a dependency.I put it under Dependency intelligence rather than SCA and SBOM, since that section already defers to awesome-sbom for the tool-by-tool coverage, and the framing here matches the neighbouring entries better. Happy to move it if you disagree.
