Updated to the latest Buttplug and Xamrain releases. Tested on all 3 platforms. Since the original examples were written, both iOS and Android have added more advanced permissions systems that required minor changes. The underlying Xamarin BLE library has added UWP support in a pre-release, so the UWP specific build pulls that release to show it's possible to build and run across all 3 default Xamarin platforms.
