is_whitelist (determines whether the address filters are a whitelist instead of a blacklist)
address_filters (determine the filters for the filter)
hexparty_link (determines the base url that the path is attached to)

you could also build from source, but chloe reminded me this exists

I HAVE NOT TESTED FORGE, SO IT MAY NOT WORK.
I couldn't get the dependencies to work, so you must have ducky peripherals (I couldn't remake one bit), MoreIotas, and Hexal.
the reason is says hexweb is because I keep forgetting to rename it
