feat: Build Honeywall-Traffic Router

Changes

• Protocol-specific attack detection (SSH, HTTP, FTP)
• Dynamic Routing helps smart traffic forwarding based on threat intelligence
• Network Isolation protects the real systems from direct exposure
• GeoIP Enrichment (Logic from GeoDNS Scanner) helps attacker location analysis and attribution

Verification

• Suspicious traffic automatically gets routed to honeypots
• Legitimate traffic passes through normally
• Attack patterns should be logged with geographic data
• Rate limiting prevents abuse and DoS attacks
