EP Review Changes to Public Web API

#Process : Required review and approval of changes to “public” Web API endpoints Date accepted: 2016-11-18

Abstract: Before any code which modifies the set of Web API endpoints under the path {appname}/api/ or alters the behavior of existing endpoints is merged to one of our managed branches (master, rc, hotfix), a design proposal must first be reviewed and approved.
