Adds GIF support for profile pictures.
This is a clean continuation of the closed PR #1366, rebased on the current v2
mainwith the change reduced to one focused commit. Also fixes the flakerevfallback so running from a fork withoutself.revworks cleanly.Tested locally on NixOS.
