Adds "EW-ST-" as a recognized device name prefix in bluetooth.cpp so that EW-ST devices are detected as iconsole rowers when the iconsole_rower setting is enabled, and as generic FTMS rowers otherwise. https://claude.ai/code/session_01SMg787bSRaEy2uFf3mMgj3
