Show total remaining time in horizontal floating

What changed

• Show the total workout remaining time in the second line of the ELAPSED metric in Horizontal Floating when it is available.
• Keep the second line empty when the remaining time is zero.
• Make ELAPSED visible when either Elapsed or Peloton Remaining is enabled.

Why

The Horizontal Floating already received total remaining-time data, but the horizontal update path did not pass it through and then overwrote the ELAPSED display. Row remaining time is a separate Time to Next metric and remains independent.
