Fix XCX bike exclusion test data

Motivation

• A CI test failed: AllDevicesDetection/BluetoothDeviceTestSuite.TestDeviceNotDetectedDueToExclusions/XcxBike because the XCX bike test fixture incorrectly excluded ftmsbike, causing the exclusion test to be invalid for XCX.

Description

• Remove the erroneous ->excluding<ftmsbike>() from the XCX bike registration in tst/Devices/devicetestdataindex.cpp, so the XCX test data no longer lists FTMS as an exclusion and keeps the Bluetooth name XCX-001048 unchanged.

Testing

• Ran repository checks: git diff --check, git show --check --stat, and git status which all passed locally; the full Google Test binary was not present in the checkout so the test suite was not executed here.
