Issue:
part of updating Annual NTD ridership portfolio. Redeployed portfolio notebooks. Updated the main report functions
produce_annual_ntd_ridership_data_by_rtpato filter for agencies with alast_report_yearandyearof 2018. Developed new functionntd_id_to_rtpa_crosswalkthat reads indim_organizations.rtpa_nameas a replacement for the initial crosswalk.Function development done in the
explore...notebook. Function andannual_ridership_modulescript ran successfully. Part 2 will be to run full makefile command to create report data, save outputs to GCS and build/deploy portfolio notebooks.
