fix(template): use proper syntax for passing config command

Summary

Fixed the syntax for passing a command in to use_native_modules fn now as we can actually test it 😅

Test plan

1. create-app
2. pnpm add react-native-pager-view
3. pod install should pass and add all necessary depedencies.
