chore: update minor dependencies

Upgrades all project dependencies to their latest compatible minor and patch versions.

• Ran yarn dlx npm-check-updates -u --target minor but all dependencies were already satisfying minor constraints in package.json.
• Ran yarn up -R "**" to bump all packages in yarn.lock to latest minor and patch releases.
• Successfully ran yarn validate (which includes tests, linters, and typechecks).
• Successfully ran yarn test:mcp (MCP conformance testing).
