概要
前回のPR（#29）でContent-Typeヘッダーの修正をマージしましたが、ワークフローがスキップされたため、バージョンアップ用のコミットを作成してリリースを実行します。

CHANGELOG.md:lib/v0.0.4のリリースノートを追加（task changesetで自動生成）リリース
このPRがmainにマージされると、
.github/workflows/release.ymlにより自動的に：lib/v0.0.3からlib/v0.0.4にpatchバンプされます（コミットメッセージがfix:で始まるため）lib/v0.0.4が自動作成されます関連PR
