Added additional route to the CEA agent, such that a "central" CEA agent can query for inputs, then hand it off to a "worker" CEA agent (potentially on a remote machine) to run the simulation.
Once the "worker" has finished simulation, it will send an update request back to the "central" CEA agent which writes the output to its databases.
