Description
This PR adds support for Serper.dev as a search engine option within the SearchToolkit.
Key changes include:
<toolkit_prefix>_<action>_<resource>).:obj:for defaults).loggerinstead ofprint(where applicable in library code), and avoided abbreviations in variable names.Checklist
