feat: Support deepseekv3.2 thinking tool call

Summary

• Support DeepSeek V3.2 thinking mode with tool calling, by adding thinking config parameter and
  handling reasoning_content injection across multi-turn tool call conversations
• Remove tools from reasoner unsupported params list, enabling tool use for reasoner models
• Add unit tests for thinking mode config, reasoning content storage/injection, and request preparation
