Fix previous PR:

Actually Reportlab recommend rlPyCairo to replace outdated backend rl-renderPM.

Here the relevant deps for reportlab == 4.1.0:

[UPDATE]
Actually the dependency on rlPyCairo is declared for all other Odoo versions. It was missing only for Odoo 19.
