Workflow to Update PR Description

• Do you hate editing the description everytime with the link of demo?
• This workflow gets triggered on comment from webteam-app, if the comment contains the demo link it will replace the all the instances of DEMO_LINK in the PR description.

QA

• This workflow only works when the config is in main branch. To replicate this one can try this out on their fork.
• I did something similar here Update apply-for-jobs.js immortalcodes/canonical.com#1

Thanks for this PR! I'm QA-ing on my local repo and it seems that the workflow replaces DEMO_LINK but with a different text. Example PR here: britneywwc#2
