Description

The current ODM certification test plan has a smaller scope than what our QA team tests internally, and it is not sufficient for certification. We will request the ODM to run the same test plan as ours to avoid any gaps.

The ubuntucore image check tests were originally intended only for ODM use, specifically to verify whether the kernel/gadget is from Canonical. This PR adds those tests back into our own certification test plan and consume a manifest so that they are executed only during ODM certification testing.
