add bluetooth/detect + after-suspend bluetooth/detect to bluetooth-cert-automated (Bugfix)

Description

The bluetooth/detect test case is an old one that might have been forgotten during the migration to the bluetooth-cert-automated test plan. Therefore, the SRU team would like to add it back.

WARNING: This modifies com.canonical.certification::sru-server

This makes sense, even though it does more than you say it does in the title. Are you aware you added an after suspend test and pulled it as well?

As for the before suspend one, it was probably pulled either way by the depends, but I do prefer this to be "explicit".

Merge this is you are aware of the after suspend thing, it looks good to me

Ah, sorry about this. I noticed that there are before and after suspend test for bluetooth/detect-output, so I added the same behavior for bluetooth/detect and forgot to mention it in the title and description.
