FYI, we cannot test on s390x without changing the func test workflow:

• setup-python does not support s390x and other arches
• The supported arches for setup-python are defined here.
• Example failure because of this e.g. Build on s390x · canonical/charm-nrpe@a873b8e

Judging from the docs https://docs.nvidia.com/cuda/cuda-installation-guide-linux/index.html?highlight=keyring#network-repo-installation-for-ubuntu, it appears there's no s390x support for cuda-keyring_1.1-1_all.deb so this snap cannot be built on s390x. @gabrielcocenza please confirm it as well since you added arm64 support in the past, and may know how to support other arch

@chanchiwai-ray It seems that NVIDIA has support just for arm64 and amd64. I didn't find s390x on https://developer.download.nvidia.com/compute/cuda/repos/ubuntu2404/ and also on CUDA docs

With that said, I think it's totally ok not supporting s390x for dcgm

Closing, there will be no support for arch other than amd64 and arm64 until upstream has the support for it
