For our project, we will need to add a prefix to the summary of JIRA issues that are created from GH issues.
For that purpose, we would like to propose to add a configuration field "summary" that will allow to customize
the JIRA issue summary.
This new feature will cover our need but also potentially allow other use cases where people need to do more advanced
customizations of the JIRA issue summary
