Removed this script from the snap because this script was primarily responsible for generating basic.yaml, which is now built directly into the snap since since it's static. The script also ensured the intel-npu-driver snap was installed but this is already handled by the testflinger job in this repo's automation, and for certification there will be a different process for installing the snap.

I removed these details since we're migrating to handling the tests (including known failures) in a more dynamic way through the known-failures command.
basic.yamlinto snap to be used for defaultintel-npu-driver.npu-umd-test --config=basic.yamlrunintel-npu-driver.known-failurescommand (including failures occurring on older kernels only). This aims to expose details about known, non-blocking test failures for certification runs in checkbox.Tested checkbox provider, GIMP, Audacity, and OBS on MTL, LNL, ARL, and PTL machines in the Locker.
