* Update links in fips rework There were a few TODO updates needed to the links in the ref, exp and how to pages. Also updated the release notes with patch notices with a link to the new pages * Slight rewording of patch notices * Address md lint issue * Spelling check fixes

Replaced the install command in the fips install so we can update the version easily. Removed [] around a link that no longer exists in cis assessment. Added 'also' to make a sentence flow better in disa stig install
