Bump containerd to v1.7.29 to address CVE-2024-25621 (affected versions < 1.7.29).
Patched version: 1.7.29.
Note: main (v2.1.6), release-1.33 (v1.7.30), release-1.34 (v1.7.30), and release-1.35 (v2.1.5) are already on patched versions. Only release-1.32 (v1.6.39) requires this bump.
