I plan to have the tables be uniform, once the text is situated. Specifically, the overall width of the tables and columns. Since this can be accomplished in several ways, is there a preferred method I should use here? |

replaced `snapcraft.yaml` with `snap.yaml` changed .deb to `control.tar' as closer analog to `snap.yaml'

This contains three apt/deb-snap comparison tables: a general comparison, one targeting maintainers and developers, and one for end-users. It may benefit from cross-referencing to other Snapcraft documents before merging.
