The Read the Docs build appears to fail due to an external intersphinx inventory: https://canonical-ubuntu-frame-documentation.readthedocs-hosted.com/objects.inv which currently returns 404. This seems unrelated to the change in this PR. |

Indeed the 404 isn't your fault, it's being fixed in c20af94. Once that lands into main, I'll merge it into this. I'll hold off on approving this until then, though, because I would like to see how searchable the key is now. |

Improve discoverability of the
build-packageskey by adding a dedicated section in the dependency management documentation.This makes the key easier to locate through documentation search.
