This PR updates the snapd release process documentation to cover how to build and release FIPS-enabled snap artifacts via Launchpad and publish them to the fips-updates track.
Changes:
- Add a new subsection describing how to create FIPS builds on Launchpad and verify the resulting snap uses the FIPS provider at runtime.
- Add a new subsection describing how to release the FIPS revisions to
fips-updates/beta.
