Looks good. I've added some wording improvement suggestions. And one Todo for the terminology fix - Charmed Apache Spark.

Description
Improving documentation with respect to the K8s supported versions, also based on the update and checks on CI. The currently recommended version should be 1.32 which is the LTS K8s version provided for Canonical K8s, although other versions have also been tested, as detailed in the documentation attached.
Evidence for the passing CI:
Charmed Spark Rock
(versions prior to 1.32 could not be tested as GPU testing is currently done for Canonical K8s - given microk8s does not support ARM - and Canonical K8s is only available for 1.32+)
