I've tested this myself locally, but we should have extensive tests and different people attempting it locally before considering merging this considering its impact. All actions (aside from the Go test) before b8280c0 were all passing, regenerating protoc related files ( |

Updates Flutter to 3.29.2, Yaru to 7.0.0, and other relevant dependencies.
This results in quite a large set of changes due to generated files changing, linting rules changing, and some minor breaking changes.
