Now that all the necessary PRs for the TPM/FDE actions API have landed in subiquity's `main` branch, we can use that again instead of the `tpmfde` feature branch. See: canonical/subiquity#2277 canonical/subiquity#2275 canonical/subiquity#2274 canonical/subiquity#2272 canonical/subiquity#2270 canonical/subiquity#2269 Supersedes #1233 @matthew-hagemann I've opened a separate PR instead of pushing this to renovate's branch, since there are a few non-trivial changes to review here.
