Magnum and Watcher exhibit python3.12 compatibility issues which are not planned to be fixed before 2025.1, downgrade back to [email protected] to run python3.10. Signed-off-by: Guillaume Boutry <[email protected]>

Note: In the watcher component, we leverage the Caracal cloud archive to address a specific requirement for the workload rebalancing strategy. This choice is necessitated by a critical patch that ensures the functionality of this strategy. For reference, the patch can be reviewed here: OpenDev Patch #898791. |
