Add `--cli-input-json`, `--cli-input-yaml`, and `--generate-cli-skeleton` flags to emr wait `cluster-running` and `cluster-terminated` subcommands to match AWS CLI completions. Remove `--version-number` from sagemaker wait `image-version-created` and `image-version-deleted` subcommands. Assisted-by: Crush:glm-5.2
