Summary

Adds LedgerDB.Backend: V1LMDB to mainnet config
Required for cardano-node 10.5.3 to use Mithril snapshot ledger states
Without this, node falls back to replaying from genesis

Context

Mithril snapshots use LMDB format for ledger state. cardano-node 10.5.3 needs explicit config to use LMDB backend.
