fix(ui): Error on Android biometrics setup

Description

This PR fixes bugs and updates the biometric authentication setup on iOS and Android for both the onboarding flow and the Settings screen.

• Displays a prompt asking users to enroll biometric authentication when it has not been set up yet, and supports redirecting users to the device Settings (on both Android and iOS).
