docs: adding README & improving ci, structure

Note

Replaces Moon-based pipelines with Bun/Knope QA + pre-release + release workflows, removes the docs website and legacy configs, and adds a comprehensive README, MIT license, and updated ignores/settings.

• CI/CD:
  • Add Bun/Knope workflows: pre-release.yml, quality-assurance.yml (typecheck/lint/build/test), and release.yml (build, pack, upload, tag, publish).
  • Remove legacy Moon-based workflows (build.yml, publish.yml).
• Repo Cleanup / Structure:
  • Remove docs website app and Pagefind assets under apps/website/**.
  • Drop Moon/Proto configs (.moon/**, .prototools) and misc tooling files (commitlint, tours, prettier files).
  • Update .gitignore; trim .vscode/settings.json.
• Docs & Licensing:
  • Add comprehensive README.md and LICENSE (MIT).
  • Add/refresh CHANGELOG.md.
