This repository held a lot of old styles lesson building content that is no longer relevant for the Carpentries workshop templates.
This PR removes all the unused lesson-specific files, and amends all relevant workshop-related files accordingly. It also includes minor text updates to mention HPCC and the GenAI policy, amongst other things.
