This commit updates the build process to use a glibc 2.17-based environment. This provides better compatibility for users on older Linux distributions, addressing reports of missing newer glibc versions. Additionally, the workflow is updated to use windows-latest and macos-latest runners. Signed-off-by: azjezz <[email protected]>
