Reduce blog banner height

[Copilot]

Blog banner at /blog had excessive vertical padding making it disproportionately tall.

Changes

• Reduced vertical padding in blog banner from py-24 md:py-32 to py-12 md:py-16
  • Mobile: 96px → 48px
  • Desktop: 128px → 64px

Visual Comparison

The banner now maintains proper visual hierarchy while using proportionate spacing.
