This repository contains the Matlab analysis code (stat_final.m) for the published manuscript: "Cortical morphology in autism: Findings from a cortical shape-adaptive approach to local gyrification indexing" by Zoltowski et al. (2021). The files in "SurfStatView2" were edited from the original SurfStat package by the study team to produce the specific figures for this paper.
