hermit manifest auto-version printed at most one version per manifest, and often the wrong one. AutoVersion returned a single version string that was overwritten for every auto-versioned block, including blocks that added nothing. With a manifest like go.hcl, where the 1.26 block added 1.26.10 and the catch-all 1.27 block was already up to date, the command reported Auto-versioned go.hcl to 1.27.3 and never mentioned 1.26.10. When several blocks added versions, only the last was reported.

AutoVersion now returns every version it added, in manifest order, and the command logs one message per added version. Which versions are selected is unchanged.

A new multiple_blocks fixture covers a manifest with three auto-versioned blocks where the first two add versions and the last is already up to date. TestAutoVersion now also asserts the returned versions for every fixture.

AutoVersion returned a single version that was overwritten for each
auto-versioned block, even blocks that added nothing. Manifests with
several auto-versioned blocks, such as go.hcl, reported the last
block's latest version instead of what was actually added.

Return all added versions and log one message per version.
