0.1.6 – Rename all the things (sorry)

Choose a tag to compare

@casparhubinger casparhubinger released this 13 Mar 20:06

Sorry if anyone can’t update automatically to this release (via GitHup updater)!
(No breaking changes other than the renamed plugin folder and files, though. Delete the old version, install this new one, and you’ll be fine.)

I wanted to rename the repo and plugin to get rid of the glck prefix (clearer language is always a good thing), and even though I knew it would break updates for people using the old repo name, I thought I’d better do it now than later. Apologies for the hassle of having to re-install, I promise it won’t happen again. 🙏

This release also fixes small bug on the Plugin Settings page where menu titles/items would look odd because of extra HTML tags from certain plugins (looking at you, Yoast SEO and Really Simple SSL). Those get stripped from the link text now.

Side note: the URL of the .io page has changed, too. It’s this now: https://casparhubinger.github.io/simplified-admin-menu/

0.1.5 - Comments menu item

@casparhubinger casparhubinger released this 14 Oct 13:17

Previously, the Comments menu item was only displayed if the default comment status was open. With this release, it will also be displayed if at least one comment exists in the database, regardless of whether the default status allows comments.
